Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Quantum AF is not therapy or counselling.
It is a trauma-aware, regulation-focused group container designed to support self-awareness, nervous system safety, and integration. Shayla does not diagnose or replace medical or mental health care.

Do I have to share or participate verbally?

No. Participation is encouraged, never forced.
You are always in choice. You may listen, reflect privately, or engage in ways that feel safe and appropriate for you.

Who is this program for?

This program is for individuals who:

- Feel stuck or disconnected despite “doing the work”

- Want to explore change in a grounded, nervous-system-safe way

- Are open to guided self-reflection and group presence

- Value integrity, consent, and slow, sustainable change

Who is this not for?

This may not be a fit if you:

- Are looking for a quick fix or motivational hype

- Want to be told exactly what to do

- Are not currently able to self-regulate in a group environment

- Are seeking clinical therapy or crisis support

What if I join and realize it’s not the right fit?

This founding cohort includes a Week 3 opt-out with a full refund if you decide the container isn’t right for you. This is part of creating a safe and ethical experience.

What does “Founding Cohort” mean?

This is the first live run of Quantum AF.
As a founding participant, you receive:

- Direct access to Shayla

- A small, capped group experience

- The opportunity to give feedback that shapes future versions

- Lifetime access to the finalized program

- Founding cohort pricing, which will increase in future runs

What’s the time commitment each week?

- Evening sessions to help people wind down for bed, and are held three times throughout the week.

- The sessions during the week are optional, but people are highly encouraged to join online.

- They are just breathwork sessions. There is no chatting. This is for the re-regulation of our bodies.

Is this psychedelic therapy or medicine-assisted work?

No. This program does not involve the use of substances.
The work is grounded, embodied, and regulation-focused, supporting awareness and integration without altered states.

How many people will be in the group?

The group is intentionally small, capped at 6 participants, to maintain safety, presence, and connection.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re feeling curious, cautious, and drawn to a slower, more honest way of working with yourself, that’s usually a good sign.

You’re also welcome to reach out with questions before joining.
